because your brain was overloading when we talked about venlitzia some time ago, reading again your reblog, i wanna ask to you now what was the spark that started it all 5 years ago and... yeah, you can use this ask to just overload me with your headcanons and other things about them, feel free to just play with our blorbos i'm curious :]

So the spark I was talking about was me scrolling through Google Images one day during quarantine and finding Venlitzia fan art. I had never shipped Ventus with anyone before that point, but something about the ship clicked with me, and I just thought the two were so adorable together. Since I didn’t know where to find the Kh fanbase at the time, I spent my time imagining scenarios with the two of them. However, after I learned that Ventus was “the traitor who killed her,” I felt guilty for shipping the two together, so I tried to stop. Fast forward to modern day, and I love the ship, but I never found another avid Venlitzia shipper until coming across your art. I don’t know if I’ve ever said this, but I absolutely love all the drawings you make. I’m glad we’re mutuals!

Some of my headcanons are:

Ventus likes to teach Strelitiza different types of dances

Ventus has a bit of plant knowledge that he bonds with Strelitzia over

Strelitzia likes to make flower crowns for Ventus’ Chirithy

They’re very shy when expressing affection towards each other and mainly hold hands

Ventus will go on tangents about books he’s read to Strelitzia, and she’ll listen with glee

Strelitzia will bake special sweets for him because she knows Ven has a sugar tooth (courtesy of Lauriam and Aqua)

Ventus learned how to make wayfinders from Aqua and made one for her

Strelitzia once wondered what it was like to fly on Ventus’ glider, so he taught her how to do her own keyblade form change (the two of them proceeded to race around for several hours)

While training, the two like to challenge each other to help them both improve

Ventus will let Strelitzia borrow his Chirithy at times because he knows how much she misses her own

During a beach date to Destiny Island, the two collected seashells and made matching bracelets

Strelitzia was super happy to discover Lauriam’s fondness for Ventus because she didn’t know if he’d accept him

I don’t know what to call these, so here is some random related Venlitzia stuff:

I always felt like the song Monster by The Girl and the Dreamcatcher fit them

I have a ship child for them; I made it using this Picrew by Maetheellen, and her name is Auralië (Fun Fact: her name is somewhat of a combination between the words “aurora” and “lily” to represent both of her parents)

I have a scrapped Valentine's Day fic idea that I’m going to repurpose for your Venlitzia week

Hello! I see many connections between Vanitas and Repliku that could be of inspiration to you (also because I ship them so much): almost the same clothes, the fact that Vanitas bears some resemblance to Sora and Repliku is Riku replica

It’s always nice to see a fellow Vanitas x Repliku shipper. I’ve always found the similarities between them to be very interesting and sadly unexplored. Both for the things you pointed out but also because they have the same battle stance, they carried a strong envy towards their “original self/other half”, and chose to become a part of their “original self/other half” in the end. Both characters are such an interesting look into how self-hatred and insecurity can be your enemy. I love how at the end of their existence, they were in a sense accepted by the characters they stem from.

I’d love to hear more from you in the future if you ever want to talk about the two more. Anyways, I hope you have a great day/night!

i have a little question: what you love about ephemer so much (ngl he's such a cutie patootie sooooo express here your love for ephemer too) ᵕ◡ᵕ

There’s many things I love about Ephemer like his voice or his fluffy hair, but I think the thing that stands out most to me is his genuine interest in the people and world around him.

He wants to learn more than what he’s told and I relate to that as I’m a very curious person. I love getting to learn more about others and their culture, interests, etc (and I love being able to share those same things as well). I also love learning how things came to be or how they work.

Honestly, I love the friendships that Ephemer has with the other characters in Khux. His friendship with Skuld and Player is something I admire, and the way he immediately befriend Ven who was previously a very lonely kid. I even enjoy his interactions with Brain and Ephemer and the way the two have so much faith in him.

I think he’s just a pretty awesome character and I can’t wait to be able to learn more about him, especially since he created Scala as Caelum. If there’s anything to know about me is that Scala is my personal favorite Kingdom Hearts original world.

In short, Ephemer is life. Ephemer nation rise up!!!

first thing is: because the dandelion conspiracy is in your AUs, i guess it's like a new theory that add some layer of mystery in the escape from data Daybreak Town? or this AU is linked to the time-traveller Brain story? how much of ventus lore theories are in those AUs, or i'm wrong in all of this and this is just spoilering things XD

second is: for some reason i can't leave a like on your reblog of wizard-and-tea animation, tumblr is just impeding me to and actions are blocked ;-;

aaaand in the end for the ventus-luxu interaction, i think that for some reasons luxu could be like some sort of parent (an uncle or smth) based on how xigbar behave with roxas: even if xigbar could have some manipulative effects on him, i can't help but think that when xigbar just ask roxas to beat all minigames like the coliseum ones just to be more strong or happy, just... melted me when i played days, idk you maybe i'm wrong here

1) So The Dandelion Conspiracy is not one of my theories and is instead a Khux murder-mystery fantasy style fanfic with Brain as the protagonist. To summarize the plot; after Strelitzia is found dead on her birthday and was quickly discovered to be poisoned. Drowning in grief, Brain swore to avenge her death and bring both her and Lauriam justice using his authority as a Dandelion Leader and lead investigator under Lady Ava. Unknowing to him, Strelitzia’s murder is connected to the Kingdom of Daybreak's darkest secret. As for the Time-Travel Brain au, the premise is that Brain discovers how to time-travel into the past and saves Strelitzia from being murdered by Darkness. However, he realizes that by doing this, he seals Ventus’ end at the Keyblade Graveyard. Both of these do contain aspects and elements of my theories along with Written In Our Blood. The rest of these do not and have lore I’ve made for their respective world buildings.

3) I’ve actually had a similar thought process as well. Even more so when I discovered both their English VAs were on All My Children and their characters were uncle and nephew (except they weren’t on the show at the same time 🥲). I do remember seeing some talk about how it’s possible that as Xigbar he tried to relive the relationship he had with Ventus through Roxas. All of this to say, I should rewatch the original days game sometime soon.

I'm so sorry it took me so long to reply to this. To answer your question, I actually have a pretty crazy answer to this. For many years, I’d have the same dream once or twice a year, in which I’d go on an adventure with Goofy and Donald. I loved Disney a lot when I was younger (and I still do), but it never made sense to me why I kept having this dream. When I discovered Kingdom Hearts in 2019, I stopped having the dream and I realized why.

My dream was a reality waiting for me.

Hi, I’m so sorry for taking so long to respond. To answer your question, I feel the dynamic would be like this: the two are initially shocked by what Vanitas can do, and then it quickly evolves into two little kids testing their magic abilities. I can see that as Repliku helps Vanitas, the two form mutual trust and a deep bond with one another.
