I was tagged by chuckismycopilot. Because of this, the WIP I chose is one I have been working on forever, for chuckismycopilot.

For reference, because I like the harmony of it, these are the first seven lines of the seventh page.

The Beckets inhaled as one and Chuck followed half a second later. And then everything went blue. He didn’t know why memories always had a blue cast, but it seemed to be something inherent in the human consciousness. Still every smell, every taste, every sound traveled, amplified by the fact that Yancy and Raleigh had never been apart in their entire lives, save for the almost three years Yancy lived as an only child before Raleigh was born. Chuck found it nearly impossible to believe. And yes, there were moments...but they’d come from a small town, and while they’d been apart for classes they saw one another everywhere else. It only just barely made up for the time apart, and Chuck couldn’t imagine being so close to someone, especially for so long.
