Hey everyone! We are settled in our new tropical state finally. We had a very long, two week journey living in a vet clinic, then 5 days driving across the country and staying in hotels. It went pretty well for us, but Mom had a rough time, losing her wallet on the side of the interstate! Ducati and I were VERY good at finding the best hiding spots in the hotels and delaying our start on the road every morning! The best part of our new place is the screened outdoor patio. I go out there every moment I can! Mom is getting us a door so we can go out anytime, even when she isn't home. She also said she bought us some furniture for out there. So I'm pretty excited! She says we get our furniture before she gets hers for the house, so i'm glad she's got her priorities in order! - Chupie

Today the kitties got some love. I dragged in all the dirty crap from the patio and scrubbed the patio floor. The highlight was finding that an entire row of tiles had buckled and broke.

Then Christmas came early so they can sit outside and judge everyone in style!

Sad Chup

When I got home Friday night, Chupie’s tail was hanging down instead of up in its question mark. And since then it has stayed that way. He holds it slightly to the left most of the time and he can’t jump as usual. When he climbs on the bed he pulls himself up by his forelimbs.

I was able to palpate last night while he was eating and he is painful at the very base of his tail.

Ugh he is making me so sad.
