So, first off, these panels make me lose it every time

(I have a specific album in my phone with just these 2 panels in them) (also these panels suggest Atem and Kisara are in the same place, cue interactions)

I think their dynamic could be neat. Atem and Kisara are both characters who died young in a sacrificial act for the greater good. They could bond over their shared past with Priest Seto/ Kaiba . And I think it’s possible they could meet in the afterlife, and maybe even be friends.

Kisara/Kaiba I like because of the possibilities. they look amazing together and I like what COULD be done with Kisara’s character.

I see Kaiba as being the center of it, while Atem and Kisara are like, “friend dating” if that makes any sense lmao. I’m down for romantic Atem/Kisara as well, but I just gravitate more toward romantic Pride +Blue and Chute are friends with benefits. The way I imagine it unfolding in canon is Kaiba showing up to the afterlife and meeting both of them. I have a fic about this very ot3 and plot outlined, I just need to write it lol.

Anyway, Atem and Kisara both feel like Kaiba’s soulmates, but in different ways. I think that Kisara wouldn’t be a duelist, but she would be supportive of Atem and Kaiba. I also see Pride’s relationship moving away from games and dueling. It would still be a part of it, just not DuEl mE phAraoh iM trEmblinG wiTh deSire anymore. An AU where he brings both of them back to the real world would be very entertaining imo….A goth pharaoh and a dragon spirit lady figuring out modern life with their tired emo CEO husband boyfriend
