When Your First Wild Encounter Is A Shiny

Ok So I Downloaded A Pokemon Fangame Because Why Not, And Somehow I Found A Shiny, It Was So Stressful But I Did End Up Catching It, Named Her Mun Mun, I Feel Obligated To Use Her On My Team, From What I’ve Found This Game Has A 1/1024 Shiny Odds, Which Is Higher Then Normal But Still Pretty Rare, I Just Wanted To Share This With People, Byeeeee

I got an anonymous suggestion to extend the Uranium queue by drawing all the Nuclear forms in Uranium.  Good idea!  Thanks, guy.

My first thought was to do recolors of the art I’ve already done, but there’s only so lazy I allow myself to be.  I’m using a simpler style for these, but I’m mixing up the poses to make them interesting.

Chyinmunk is the first entry in the Pokedex with a Nuclear option.  Nuclear Pokemon are supposed to be extra aggressive and difficult to control but this guy isn’t too menacing.  Being irradiated just makes him look more excited I guess.

There’s a dramatic disparity between Chyinmunk’s official art and official sprite.  The sprite’s cuter, so I based my rendition off of that.  Also...the Pokedex entry says they have stripes, but I don’t see any.  An older version had stripes, and I guess they kept the Pokedex text in.

I appreciate that the Pikachu clone for this ‘generation’ is also basically the Rattata.  It gets the cute cheek rat out of the way early without trying to make it a big deal.
