Tancoon is one of the more common Nuclear-types, you see a lot of them around the first power plant.  I’ve probably seen as many Nuclear Tancoons as regular ones.  The bright contrasting black and green looks really good for those stripes.

TANCOON are mischievous, and are known to steal food from small Pokémon or journeying trainers. 

Tancoon is basically a cool hybrid of Zigzagoon and Poochyena.  It’s a raccoon dog (a tanuki), but it’s a lot more literal and seems to be more dog than raccoon.  I like it, if you told me this was a regional Poochyena variant I wouldn’t doubt you.
