Fresh strawberries, salty prosciutto, creamy brie and blue cheese, crunchy crackers, almonds, and sweet grapes make up Cilek Charcuterie, a delicious snack. This elegant and tasty charcuterie platter has a touch of sweetness from the honey drizzled on top. It's great for having people over or giving yourself a special treat.

Ingredients: 500g fresh strawberries. 200g prosciutto. 150g brie cheese. 100g blue cheese. 100g crackers. 100g almonds. 100g grapes. Honey for drizzling.

Instructions: Take the strawberries and wash and hull them. Then set them aside. Put the prosciutto on a platter to serve. Break up the brie and blue cheese into small pieces that you can easily eat. Put the cheese pieces on the platter next to the prosciutto. To make the platter more interesting, add the crackers, almonds, and grapes. Fill in any gaps with fresh strawberries as you place them on the platter. Use honey to add a little sweetness to the strawberries. With a glass of wine or your favorite drink, serve your Cilek Charcuterie.
