Week 35 of Baking.

Recipe has been in my recipe book for years now. I’ve made this before when we lived in Ireland. We originally got the recipe from the Top Secret Recipe website. It’s a copycat recipe for Cinabon rolls.

This is a yeasted bread so it requires proofing. In Ireland we didn't always get a great result as we couldn't control the proofing temp in the hot press but the oven in our house here has a proof feature. This was my first time using it and it came out good.
