Me and Quinnty went for a dander today. He was so eager to go in the water... managed to get his toes wet but that was the limit
Apple Caramel Loaf. I made 4 small loaves to give away and a regular one I cut in two to share with his parents. I love making this loaf. I always add an extra apple.

Baked in batches so some of them were baked perfect to have the classic snap when broken. First time making them and tasting them. I think they are a bit buttery, I’d like some more flavours.
For our anniversary we went on a Mini Adventure down to Bradley Beach in Asbury Park with Quinn. His first time at the beach, he wouldn’t listen and only wanted to be in the water fetching ball. So the salt water didn’t agree with him, he took in too much and threw it all up ! Poor pup drank 3 bottles of the finest boardwalk priced water to rehydrate while we had a pizza and some funnel cake. Such a beautiful Oct day.
