playroughshippingweek day 3: firsts

today im breaking out the more chibi style of mine because as much as i love these 2 theres absolutely no way im doing 5 different character designs as full body full detail drawings. also partly related, im not sure if ill get the next days pieces done on time because life is lifing, and i need to make sure i can keep up

with that said, for today i picked the firsts theme primarily because i like the idea that jacinthe first saw lebanne from a distance long before the fateful day they battled, and instantly knew she wanted to see her strength. with that, i like the idea that jacinthe wanted the protag in her tournoi bcuz they reminded her of lebanne back then, and maybe lebanne had a similar thought too. so uh, cameo from my legends za character for today. next time? who knows,,,

Hello everyone I would like to introduce you to my cinnamon roll, Lucas! He is a transgender man who enjoys long walks on the beach and being a total sweetheart. When threatened his snake tattoo has the cool ability to become a real snake. He’s fierce and loyal to his friends (even when they give him a hard time *cough* Raven *cough*). Lucas is totally in love with has a crush on Raven’s twin sister Tessa, which is probably why Raven gives him such a hard time. Lucas always looks for the best in people but at the same time never backs down from a fight (probably why he and Raven are friends).

Thank you @cindersart for the perfect depiction of Lucas! I truly appreciate the time and effort you put into drawing my characters! Seeing both Lucas and Raven come to life truly helps my writing process and I can’t wait to see what comes from this!
