what is your aesthetic? um navy blue and copper, walks in the forest, blue fountain pen ink, border collies, wildflowers, stars in the countryside, too many notebooks, snow falling

favourite pass time? listening to and loudly singing along to music (as I am doing now), and procrastinating (as I am also doing)

I am genuinely about to crash out, why would they cancel him??? I understand a delay, but just full-out scrapping the entire character? A genuinely horrific move on their part, plus the fact that all of the work and care that went into his character from the developers is *gone*. AND it shows that they're willing to bend to the demands of the Chinese fans if their money gets threatened, which isn't a great outlook for the future.

Sorry for the wall of text lol but I was literally crying over this five minutes ago. For the time being, I'm taking a break from the game itself, but I'll still be posting and reblogging stuff here because Sylus did nothing wrong lol

How i would do a jervis-centric comic book run

I think this run would mainly focus on jervis’s lonliness and escapism, and how that motivates him. This could probably make a more sympathetic jervis (cough cough pedo jervis) and bring him back into the mainstream. Jervis would probably still have an Alice, but not be as prominent as say, btas has. He just wants like, someone to know he exists, and he eventually doesn’t care if the attention is positive or negative, hence the crime committing. He’s also doing this in a deluded sense of ‘helping’ people, because obviously nobody wants to deal with their trauma, so he gives them an escape. A way to avoid the harsh realities of the world. I would probably give him a backstory kinda similar to year one scarecrow, just making him feel isolated and bullied. Instead of becoming fixated on revenge like Jon, however, he just wants to forget. So instead of turning to alcoholism like any normal person, he seeks to create a wonderland for himself. Seeing other people suffering too, he’s like ‘oh yeah they obviously want my help. Ill accept friendship as payment :3’ even though he’s just kinda making everything worse

How does this tie in with Batman, you ask? I believe that this storyline could be more focused on how isolated Batman feels because he ‘works alone’ like the Lego Batman movie does, and also how he puts on the cowl instead of dealing with his trauma. Eventually this will end up with Batman having to actually, eugh, trust his allies when he can’t do something alone, and (perhaps with scarecrow being a minor character), having to face his fear of accepting his trauma
