My partner assures me this is common knowledge but I am stubbornly refusing to believe him. I just found out that cinnamon is tree bark and it's blowing my mind. I love plants. Plants are so cool. Like what do you MEAN I could just chew on a cinnamon tree branch and it would be actual straight up cinnamon? The pictures of harvested cinnamon trees are NUTS. I am so fascinated.
