Who’s that silly triangle?? Surprisingly not bill! Here’s my little cipher OC! His name is Affine Cipher! He actually has a lot less abilities than bill. He also wasn’t a threat in any way shape ( pun intended ) or form before he knew about bill, he actually used to be pretty friendly! now he looks up to bill as a role model which is not a good thing. His favourite thing to do is cause random havoc throughout the multiverse for really no rhyme or reason other than to possibly please bill.
