Hey yo here's the design for NightCrawler in the the CIrcus Spider AU : > He is a lot more creature esc and I took design inspo from the 90s comic covers where he looked a lot more creature. He has circus origins but was a different traveling circus house than the one Circus Spider was in, it tended to have more of a wider traveling range and focused more on freaks and oddities rather than usually circus entertainment. I'll lore dump further when I get more of the mutant character designs made, but I just wanted to show yall because I am really happy with his design. : >

Hey there he's Wolverine's design for the circuspider AU, it's not super crazy but I can lore dump about what I'm doing with him in the AU now lol In this au the weapon X experimentations are done to him earlier on, but the people trying to use him as a weapon end up deciding he is a lost caused and a failed experiment because he becomes too violent and non cooperative. They think he lost his mind and that he became a savage beast but kept seeing how much they could push his strength and abilities to just see how far they could push it and then after they had collected the data they wanted and couldn't see any more use they could get from him, they decided to cut their losses by selling him off to the highest bidder, he is passed around a few times between different groups that think they would be able to fix him, or brainwash him into cooperation in order to use his officiant strength and brutality to their bidding but none of them are able to make that work out so eventually he is sold to the oddities circus NightCrawler is in as a feral man. Though Wolverine hadn't lost his mind, he was violent and angry due to him not being a willing participant in the experimentation and fighting against it all the whole time. In the circus NightCrawler befriends him and they get a very close bond, the keepers notice this and used threats to Nightcrawler in order to manipulate Wolverine into participating in underground fighting events.

Eventually Xavier hears of some mutants being unwilling participants in that circus and uses finances and influenced to acquire them and took them to his property to try to give them a better life. Wolverine and NightCrawler do not feel safe there and not not trust Xavier so their stay there is relatively brief. In that time though they befriend Beast. Beast decides to joins them when they leave, but I'll expand more about beast's deal when I've got his design done : >

Hey yo been a minute since I posted circus spider stuff, here's some vulture art -v- and vulture and lizard fighting (ID: Image one: An illustration of a vulture like beast fighting a lanky lizard like creature, the vulture holds the lizard in it's claws and the lizard wraps around the vulture biting the back of it's neck. Hey yo more CircusSpider content

Mysterio wasn’t expecting CircusSpider to just one handed up pick him up because a normal person couldn’t do that, he is a heavy glass like orb so that threw him off enough to make him drop contact with his rug.

-The first panel there is this au’s Mysterio, a black orb with a face in it being held by a rug, with the other corner of the rug it holds the chin of CircusSpider(A spiderman OC) and ponders”Why does your face ring familiar to me?”

-In the next panel CircusSpider lifts the orb part of mysterio with one hand exclaiming “Fushigi is that you?” The orb responds “What? NO!”

-In the next panel CircusSpider looks down at the rug that was once seeming to be controlled by the orb and says “Oh, uh, I wasn’t expecting that to just fall off… What happened? Why’s it not moving?” Mysterio looking down at the rug from its place being held high in CircusSpiders hand responds “I need to be touching it in order to be able to move it…”

-In the next panel CircusSpider has a hand on his hip looking back up at Mysterio exclaims “Really?” Mysterio replies in an annoyed tone “Yeah, you can think the process similar to contact juggling.”

-In the next panel is a close of of Circus spider with his cheek up against Mysterios orb squinting one eye and saying “I don’t know, All signs are pointing to a fishigi past life, You sure that’s not you?

-In the last panel Mysterio shouts “Unhand me this instant you clown of a bug!” This startles CircusSpider causing him to toss Mysterios orb and hold his hands up as he says “Alright, Alright, sorry! -ID End )

Hey yo more Loki and Spot. One of their impressive 'magic tricks' where a sword goes straight through Spot. Usually shocks and amazes the crowd quite a bit (ID: Three illustration of op's design for Spot and kid Loki in their Circus Spider Au. In their au Spot has a very clown themed design and Loki wears a neat magician adjacent suit. In one drawing Loki Stabs spot in the chest with a broad sword, spot looks shocked with his hands up. In the next drawing Loki tells spot he is being dramatic he said the magic word of whatever and spot looks down to Loki listening. And the last drawing Spot seems happy as he realizes all is well and pushes the sword the rest of the way through, Loki looks smugly back at him -ID End)

Here's more mysterio, I just think he's really fun to move around (ID: An illustration with 6 drawings of the same character, the character is comprised of a black orb with a face in it and a maroon rug with orangish tassels and a purple underside. In one illustration the rug portion positions the orb on a stand in its center. In another drawing he leans forward with three tarot cards faced down in front of him. In another he looks behind as the rug pushes the orb along the ground. In another drawing he shuffles the cards while leaning forward, the orb settled in between the ends of the other side of the rug. In one the orb is held by one worn while the rug stands up right, in another the orb is held by the rug while light runs through the orb magnified thought he sphere and starting a fire -ID End)
