Unless it is how an individual explicitly identifies themself, do not call trans and nonbinary people who haven't undergone medical gender transition—or who are perceived as having not medically transitioned—"cissexual." This is transphobic, enbyphobic, ableist transmedicalism. It is plainly sexist.

Identifying oneself as transsexual to center one's own medical gender transition or because one simply likes this older label is not objectionable in the least. It is objectionable to preferentially gender trans people on the basis of medical status over that of social transition and actual gender identity.

There isn't a dichotomy of "transtrans" and "cistrans" people*. There are just trans people. It is a gender spectrum. Binary and nonbinary trans people are both on the transgender spectrum regardless of how sexists judge their transgender bodies according to cis-passing standards and goals of gender transition. Nonbinary people who don't identify as trans are not necessarily cis, either.

For the love of decency, don't call trans and nonbinary people cis.

*Other than the dichotomy between self-identified cistrans and trans people.

Transsexual Enby is a term for trans enbys who identify with the term transsexual.

Cissex, also known as Cissexual, is a sex label to refer to someone whose current and desired sex characteristics match their natural/original sex characteristics. This means that their, genitals, gonads, and other secondary sex characteristics have not been altered through hormone replacement therapy, or surgery, and they have no intention to do so.

Cisqueer Pride Flag

Cis*queer: describing a cis* individual that is queer. One's queerness is not necessarily tied to one's orientation necessarily, it could stand/extend to relations(hips), genderness, sexness/sex traits or variations etc etc. Such as those encompassed within variance (variant identity). Cis* isn't necessarily cisgender/cissex as someone can be cisn't and encompassed by the expansion of the cis*ness.

"Cissexual" is not the same as cisgender.

It's about being cissex while not necessarily cisgender. Just because most cisgender are cissex doesn't mean all cissex people are cisgender.
