Happy Hour at @banchobar. Finally got around to bringing the hubby here, where he enjoyed a glass of ice ball Hibiki Japanese Harmony. The usual highball for me but this time, I chose my favourite Nikka Coffee Grain Whisky. Saturday dinner at Banksii. Started off with Burrata in mint oil & covered in delicate slices of Peaches and Grilled Prawns which went deliciously well with their toasted bread. The Oakey Reserve scotch fillet steak was a great partner to the Risotto (with asparagus, celeriac & hazelnut) and a bowl of chips. Evita (The Musical) :: the cast was led by Tina Arena who left us all in awe. She was extraordinary! It was like the role was meant for her and no one but her. The storyline and execution was tired and old...pero si Tina Arena ang nagdala, beshie. Siya talaga!
