I feel like if tree density in urban areas can have a significant influence on peoples mental (and likely physical) health (which there are several studies suggesting this)

Then I feel like maybe there should be some kind of regulations putting like a minimum amount of trees per X amount of area in a city

And it also is important for the pedestrians, trees create shade which is very important, especially in densely populated areas, where it is very common for many people to travel on foot or by like bike

TODAY IS LISBOA, I am exhausted from the long ass walk we did around the city but it was worth it because look at all this we saw

today at an art gallery a lady came up to say that her son was the drummer for modest mouse and she hasn’t seen the shirt i was wearing in a while and wanted to say hi. it was so nice!! I was like fangirling over a band’s drummer’s mom lmao

holiday is doing great. i’ve been stressed the entire time, a grown woman asked for my headphones whilst i was using them to not get majorly overwhelmed (and asked me if i cut my wrists based on the music?? you’re the one who asked to listen to it tf) so finally i decide to go back to the hotel and another guy like a year older than me (?) walks with us + my brother + his sister and we’re just walking normally when this 20-smth stranger grabs the guy and like wraps his arm around him and starts asking if we’re minors and shit so i have to shout at him in the street. and now we’re here.

good news is that the hotel room is super cool so it’s fine. i’m sure tomorrow will be better
