WYSIWYG Team Charter
Team purpose
The members of Team WYSIWYG have been brought together to assist each other in two graphics design units, “Design solutions BSBDES401A” and “Creative Thinking BSBCRT301A”. Team members must elect a leader, generate guidelines, a timeline and a charter along with the units’ requirements for generating a group Tumblr blog themed “Hobbies” maintained by all team members, which requires five pieces of content by each team member, with the desired outcome of successful results in both units mentioned above for all team members.
Duration and time commitment:
Team WYSIWYG has been commissioned to work for six weeks between the dates of 31st of August and 25th of October 2015, excluding the mid semester break between the dates 21st of September and 4th of October. The estimated average amount of time dedicated by each team member per week is 6 hours, including dedicated meeting times to discuss the direction of the team.
Scope:
The following are in scope for Team WYSIWYG for the duration of this project: 1. Critical functions of each team member 2. Communications, reporting and problem solving by the team vie the facebook group 3. Creation, review and update of all documents on team facebook group 4. Creation and maintenance of team Tumblr blog 5. Assistance and management of team members to deliver documents and content accurately and on time. 6. Weekly meetings for discussions, problem solving and updates and reports through team facebook group.

Desired end result:
The goal of Team WYSIWYG is to assist each other in clearly documenting all required activities of the team outlined in “Deliverables” within the time frame described in the Team Project Planning Timeline, which will result in the successful completion of the two units involved.
Supporting resources:
The team requires access to team facebook group, tumblr, software for creating, editing and submitting documents. The team also may require the assistance of unit teacher Mr. Roger Noakes should the team members fail to overcome problems that may arise during project.
Reporting plan:
The team will communicate progress through the team’s facebook group “Team WYSIWYG” which is also monitored by the team teacher, Roger Noakes. The reporting frequency is weekly and should include the problems the team and/or individual members are facing as well as the progress of the team milestones outline in Team Project Planning Timeline.

The deliverables include the creation of following content:
1. Team Project Planning Timeline
2. Ethical Framework
3. Team Project Charter
4. Posting above documents on main unit blog at generatedesignsolutions.wordpress.com
5. Creation of a team Tumblr blog themed “Hobbies” with a contribution of 5 pieces of content submitted by each team member.
With the following KPI’s:
1. Team member presence on weekly meetings.
2. Average time to complete weekly tasks.
3. Number of on-time tasks.
4. Number of late tasks.
5. Number of errors.
6. Average time between identifying problems and resolving them.
