All members will;

work to the best of their ability doing their fair share of work to produce and submitting quality work on the correct platforms.

respect other team members opinion/views/voices/person and take into consideration the constructive feedback. Only constructive feedback is to be given, nothing derogatory.

time and dedication should be considered and taken for each of the five tumblr post created, taking into consideration ones experience and capability levels.

attend all agreed team meetings and specified deadlines, unless notice is given
