Dan Burmawi: If you think that Israel is costing the United States a lot of money and a lot of blood because we are fighting in an Israeli war, I have a message for you.

Israel is fighting a war that you will be fighting eventually, whether you like it or not. Because Israel is a symbol and we are all Israel, but you don't see it yet. Israel is under attack now not because of what Israel does, but because of who Israel is.

This war of attrition and Israeli self-defense, which is portrayed as genocide, is the vehicle to smuggle the same ideology that has kept Israel busy in war for 80 years into the West.

There's an operation that is going on to rebrand Islamic Jihad under different banners. Islamic Jihad, the expansionist, conquering Islamic Jihad, is being sold to the American people as liberation movements, a response to imperialism, resistance. And this is the result of 50 years of indoctrination.

Now it's getting through Congress. So before it was by the sword, now it's getting themselves into Parliament, and then making laws that act as the sword, the Islamophobia law in Canada, M103.

I find that there are only two things which are open to our movements, ballot or bullet, nothing in between.

I used to say that democracy is haram; now I say participation in democracy is our jihad. That's our jihad. We're going to fight not through the bullets but the ballots.

Going to the ballot and voting is now an obligatory action, farda'een [obligatory], and it is a jihad that now needs to be done because this is our modern jihad. You can elect a person who wants the sharia.

Because in the United States what we do know is that in the past election, just this last election, there have been over 800 Muslim candidates running for office.

We may end up with about 50 members of Congress in the next six years. That's really the essence of dismantling the system of injustice is to replace it with the people who represent the Prophet.

Interviewer: What had you been taught up until that point and what are the Islamic schools teaching young kids?

Nonie Darwish: There's cursing of the infidels and cursing of the Jews almost all the time at the end of the sermon. "May God destroy the infidels and the Jews, the enemies of God." We'd hear that very commonly and believe it or not, it used to sound normal. It sounded normal. Because when you grow up on it all the time, you think this is right.

Interviewer: This is in the textbooks, isn't it? I mean, this is in the textbooks. This is what they learn.

Darwish: It's in the textbooks, and it's in the preaching of holy men in the mosque. There is something every American must understand, after 9/11 especially, that there is nothing that America has or has not done that causes terrorism.

Terrorism is violent jihad, and it's the duty of every Muslim. And that's why many Muslims are silent. Because they feel if they speak against terrorism, then they must be speaking against jihad. And that's why they have a conflict to speak out. And that's why Americans should never doubt their own value system or their own country or their even own foreign policy.

Interviewer: Well, you make a good point too, because after 9/11 and after some of the horrible things that we've seen on the news with the killing of Daniel Pearl, the journalist, we think, is it something about us? Why do they hate us so much? Why are we this great enemy? And it really is just...

Darwish: It is, we have an open system, and they have a closed system. Their existence here is their right to Islamize us. That's how they view us. They are here because they feel they want to Islamize us, and they give us no access into their country. Absolutely, if our... they consider non-Muslims as filth on their land. It's called najis [unclean, filth]. And that's why when our soldiers, American soldiers, went to feed the hungry in Somalia, instead of being appreciated, these people were starving by their own government. Muslim against Muslim brutality. America was in Somalia not because they wanted to occupy Somalia. They wanted to feed the hungry. And what did we get for this? We didn't get a thank you from the Muslim world or from the Arab street. But our soldiers were dragged, tortured, and killed.

Interviewer: We hear about the Islamic, the Muslim mosques in America and think, no big deal, it's just practicing religion. But it really is a breeding ground for terrorism, isn't it?

Darwish: It's true. A lot of people think Islam is just a religion. There is a major part in Islamic education, or even the main part, is conquering the world to Islam. It is the utmost honor for every Muslim to believe in jihad, and it's done through jihad, through the sword, actually. And if you look at the Saudi flag, it has a sword on it, and it's the symbol of opening countries to the sword, opening countries through the sword.

Interviewer: Do Americans get this?

Darwish: No.

Interviewer: Why not?

Darwish: Because we judge everybody by our own value system. We have to understand that we have an open society, an open democracy. We give access to all nations into our country in America, but we have no access into the Arab world, into the Middle East. They come here, and they are welcomed as citizens right away. They open their mosques. They preach even violence and jihad. When I attended two mosques in America after I moved here, I was told we are not here to assimilate in America. We are in America to spread Islam and to change the Constitution of the United States to the Quran.

They've been warning the West for decades.

Sam Harris: The left has been successfully manipulated by Islamists and apologists for Islamists.

In certain cases, this is a knowing alliance, and in certain cases, just frank manipulation, and people on the left are morally confused. You know, I don't think someone like Hassan Piker is confused, and he knows exactly what sort of alliance he has. And I think that's true of Mamdani, too.

Winston Marshall: Do you think Mamdani is an Islamist?

Harris: Certainly, an apologist for Islamists. The fact that he can't quite figure out what's wrong with the phrase 'globalize the intifada' and that the worst he'll say of it is that he doesn't use that language, nor does he encourage it, but he's not going to condemn it. He's a proud DSA [Democratic Socialists of America] member, and they were out on October 8th supporting Hamas. There's just no way that should be possible. And there's no way that anyone who's got that level of callousness and confusion – confusion being charitable – should be running a major American city, right, much less being the poster boy for the future of democratic politics.

So, I mean, there's something very sinister about the way Islamists have spread their ideology through the West and targeted liberals.

Dalia Ziada: Why the Muslim Brotherhood want to destroy the Jewish communities in the West? Why are they so obsessed with destroying the Jews? Well, because you guys are the biggest hurdle, the biggest obstacle in the way of their caliphate system.

Their caliphate dream is about destroying the Western civilization. It's written in their documents, sabotaging the western civilization from within. It's easier for them to do it while the West is already divided right now.

Let's look for example at the Christian communities that represent the majority of the Western societies. They are now kind of, what we call "Post God." They are not coherent anymore. But look at the Jewish communities in Western societies, including those who live away from Israel. They are so sophisticated, they have a very strong religious belief, even those who are secular Jews still keep the traditions, they still care about their collective identity, so it's very hard to destroy the West as long as the Jewish people still live in the West.

So to destroy the West, to succeed in that, you have to target the Jewish people, you have to dismantle this cultural glue that the Jewish people is, that is still sticking the Western society together. This still helping the Western society to stand strong.

Once the Jewish people are destroyed, the Muslim Brotherhood can get in, build their caliphate system, convince everyone that this is the right way of living and rule over everyone and we end up by having Sharia law ruling the world.

So, you are the problem.

I mean, the good Muslims have been saying it openly and unapologetically. I've got over a dozen videos of them declaring their intention to take over the entire world.

It's only the bad Muslims and Islamophilic useful idiots from the West insisting that trusting the evidence of our eyes and our ears is a(n imaginary) form of bigotry.

You're not doomed yet, but in all of world history, there has never been a civilization that has so opened its doors to another civilization that is openly hostile to it.

So this is unprecedented, what's happening. Your ancestors of Europe, and I describe it in my books because I write about history, fought tooth and nail to prevent Islam from entering and conquering Europe because that was one of the grand plans that went on for century after century from the east. The Turks were trying to enter Constantinople. They surrounded Vienna in 1683. And before that, the Muslims, I told you, went up into Tours in France in 732, 1,000 years later. This was an actual goal.

And now Western Europe is saying, oh, none of that matters, it was a misunderstanding, come on in.

But they haven't changed. When I say they, that's obviously, I'm simplifying. The mentality that I've described is part of Islam. It's an Islamic concept.

So the Islamic state, you're told, oh, yeah, they have nothing to do with Islam, they've twisted it. No, they haven't. They are a representation of what Islam, the caliphs, the sultanates, the emirates, that's how they operated, the heads of Islam. The grand imams and the muftis said the same exact thing. So that is what it is.

Again, it's not my point to argue, oh, well, this particular migrant wants to conquer you. Maybe he doesn't. Maybe he's looking for a good life. I understand that, and that's what makes it complicated.

But to just open your borders completely to that demographic, which has within it, not all of it, but within it, that kernel of animosity for Christians and so-called infidels and the imperative to conquer the world in the name of jihad for Allah, which they're the good guys, keep in mind. They never see themselves as the bad guys. This is one of the issues with all conflicts. They're not bad guys. They're good guys in their mind. You're the bad guys because you're infidels. And they're trying to bring the light of Islam to you. So that's another aspect of how moral, or the morality that they feel. They're the good guys in doing this because look at you, Denmark and Europe, you're all dissipated drunks and profligates. And there's no real end. I'm sharing with you their arguments because I read it and I hear it. So they're bringing to you goodness.

But before, your ancestors, because I guess they had their own social order and their own goodness, and it was called Christianity, were able to fight it.

But I guess in this current void of sort of this atheistic climate, well, anything goes. And who's to say they're wrong? Maybe they're right, et cetera, et cetera. Now you have what's happening, so it's a very unprecedented experience.

A lot of people talk about the Roman Empire; this sort of thing happened, but it didn't. And we can get into that. It was actually, they were still cognizant of trying to maintain their own social cultural mores, Rome. And it fell to the Goths and the Germanic peoples. I'm just saying some people use this analogy.

But in this case, this is completely your doing. Not you, but it's Europe's doing. You're bringing a hostile force that's openly hostile. And lo and behold, when I look where Muslims are, I see chaos and violence and criminality and rape and grooming in England. That's what always happened under Islam.

So is there a hope? I think so. I hope so, in time. But it's so bad that it even had to get to this point. It's such an abnegation and betrayal of your own heritage, of these men and women who fought and died to preserve your way of life against an open, hostile force. And now they're being welcomed in. And oh, why not? So I guess it's a matter of time.

So where's the hope? So where's the hope you said?

The hope is to wake up, wake up and see what reality and what I'm talking about, and understand the history and the doctrine of Islam and what Islam is all about. Islam is unequivocally hostile.
