I just realized something about Illyia. so like. her first traumatic experience (getting her eye gouged out by miss high blood princess), left her bitter, sarcastic, angry, and lowkey scared. but. she made friends. and all traumatic incidents after that. they left her depressed, quiet, self-pitiful, and very, very scared.
