Linguine with White Clam Sauce that is easy to make in the Instant Pot and tastes great. This is a great weeknight dinner recipe.

Ingredients: 8 oz linguine. 2 tbsp olive oil. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 4 cloves garlic, minced. 1/2 cup dry white wine. 2 cups chicken broth. 2 cans 10 oz each chopped clams, undrained. 1/2 tsp dried oregano. 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes. Salt and pepper to taste. 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped. Grated Parmesan cheese for serving.

Instructions: Put the Instant Pot on "Saute" and heat the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook them until they get soft. Pour in white wine and scrape the pot's bottom to get rid of the gunk. Add chicken broth, oregano, red pepper flakes, and chopped clams with their juice. Linguine should be broken in half and put on top, making sure it's covered in liquid. Put the lid on the Instant Pot and set it to "Manual" for 4 minutes at high pressure. Quickly let the pressure go out, and then carefully open the lid. Add fresh parsley and season with salt and pepper. Lentils should be served with white clam sauce and grated Parmesan cheese on top.

Cook Time: 4 minutes
