Harriet's weddingday

Dear diary,

My dear daugther Harriet is married. It was such a lovely day at such a beautiful church! Harriet choose not to get married at our home church but at Shinji's church. I completly understood as soon as I saw the church. It's so beautiful!

Above with all my daughters except Olimpia. She was sick. Charlotte is now back home. She and Lukas are not going on missions outside the country anymore. I'm very relieved. But Charlotte is wearing pants now. It's very sad to see my daughter go this way. I tried talking to her but she kept saying that Lukas is okay with it. If that's true, I must accept it.

And just after the wedding, Evangeline, came with wonderful news! She is expecting a second baby! She and Chevin have a boy, Raimundo and are hoping for a girl this time. And so do I since I only have grandsons!

A lot has happend!

Dear diary,

A lot has happend! Two birthday's, another grandbaby and an engagement. Our lives have been pretty buzy but we are loving it. Me and Marco are thrilled to see our little family grow. We can't really call it little anymore. We have 18 childeren, now 2 grandchilderen, and many more to come in the coming years I hope.

Olimpia was the first to have a birthday. She is a teenager now. Olimpia is a people person. She is always chatting with everyone. She is friends with everyone of her sisters. It's such a blessing to your eye to watch her interact with everyone.

Next was Phillip's birthday. My youngest! Because I'm 39 years old I don't thing we will be blessed with another little one. I'm trying to enjoy these last times of everything with my little guy. Phillip is such a little angel, the perfect youngest child.

Then there was Clara's engagement with Justin Moreland. They are very happy together and I can't wait to see them grow even closer when they are married. Love these two!

And then there was my second grandson, Michael Bauer. He is the first child of Lucy. Lucky Lucy lives closer to us then Charlotte so I can visit my second grandson much easier then my first. I love being a grandmother. I hope Phillip will have a great relationship with his nephew's since they are close in age.

A swimmingpool

Dear diary,

When the childeren come home from school we first drink and eat a snack. Then we it's time for homework. The girls both wanted to make it outside because it was such nice weather.

They are both very excited about the new baby coming soon. My belly is so big!

We recently had a pool build in our backyard. We live close to the beach but it's nice to have a pool in the backyard to have the childeren nearby.

The girls where thrilled when it was finaly finished and they could take a dive into the water.

Our first grandchild isn't even born yet, my 18th baby isn't even born yet but Lucy told us she is expecting too! So grandbaby #2 is already on the way! So special and sweet. Charlotte and Lucy are twins so it will be extra special for them to go trew this together. I remember being pregnant for the first time with my twinsister. It was so special and sweet to share that experience.

Olimpia's birthday

Dear diary,

My sweet daughter Olimpia is celebrating her birthday. She and Clara are thrilled to be able to go to school together. They love playing together and Olimpia was missing Clara during the day. Olimpia is such a sweet outgoing girl. We all love her very much.

These two girls are learning to play the violin. Clara is learning to play for a while now and Olimpia is now starting. Music lessons is one of the things in my house that is mandatory and I do all the teaching. My mother played the violin and my grandmother did too. I think it's very important to teach the next generation to play too.

Playdate for two cousins

Dear diary,

My sister and I have two little girls the same age, my Clara and her Rebecca. These two love to play with eachother. We go over to eachother all the time to let them play together. We just love for these girls to grow up as close as Fiona and I are.

It was me the other day who went to Fiona with little Clara.

She loves to play with the dollhouse, we need to buy one too. But she also loves to play with Rebecca.

At our home we have made some changes. We builded a room at the back of our home, where the porch used to be. This room is our new livingroom. The old one was situated in our diningroom but we didn't have much space there with all our childeren.

I love the new livingroom, it has so much space, air and greenary. In our 'old' livingroom we added a piano. I played piano as a child and loved it so to finaly have a piano in our home is so special to me.
