The Eaten twins

Dear diary,

We have been blessed with another two boys! I'm now a mom of four boys! I feel so blessed altough I would have loved to have a girl. Our boys are Simon Paul Eaten and Samuel George Eaten. Simon means 'listening' and Samuel means 'God has heard'. Two meanings who go well with eachother, just like twins.

It's not easy being a mom of four childeren under three years old. It's hard I can tell you. But I love all my boys and will give them everything they need.

My grandparents

Dear diary,

My grandparents of my mothers side of the family are 55 years married. That's so long. I would love to be married to Samson for that long but we are still only a year and a half married. We have been blessed with two little ones in those years, so thankful.

My grandparents have 7 childeren.

My aunt Abby has 9 childeren and 17 grandchilderen.

My uncle Beau has 9 childeren too. But he has 'only' 13 grandchilderen.

My aunt Christine has 10 childeren and 6 grandchilderen.

My mother has 19 childeren and 15 grandchilderen. Two are mine :).

My aunt Fiona has 7 childeren and doesn't have grandchilderen yet.

My uncle Gabriel has 13 childeren and doesn't have grandchilderen either.

My youngest aunt, Hosanna, has 2 childeren and doesn't have grandchilderen yet.

That means my grandparents have 69 grandchilderen and 51 greatgrandchilderen. That's so much! We are always with so many people at family gatherings and there is always missing someone. Their marriage has been such a blessing and example to all of us.

Harriet's weddingday

Dear diary,

My dear daugther Harriet is married. It was such a lovely day at such a beautiful church! Harriet choose not to get married at our home church but at Shinji's church. I completly understood as soon as I saw the church. It's so beautiful!

Above with all my daughters except Olimpia. She was sick. Charlotte is now back home. She and Lukas are not going on missions outside the country anymore. I'm very relieved. But Charlotte is wearing pants now. It's very sad to see my daughter go this way. I tried talking to her but she kept saying that Lukas is okay with it. If that's true, I must accept it.

I adore this photo. So beautiful in the eveninglight. Just like a fairytale.

And just after the wedding, Evangeline, came with wonderful news! She is expecting a second baby! She and Chevin have a boy, Raimundo and are hoping for a girl this time. And so do I since I only have grandsons!

Sean and Samantha 4th birthday

Dear diary,

My two youngest are four years old! So sweet that they already this big! Time has flown by this last years.

Samantha really is a bit on herself. But that's no wonder with only brothers. Sean is very smart. He is always curious about everything. He is always asking me so many questions.

Sean still sleeps in the same room with Seth and Solomon. They did great the last years so we will try this.

Samantha sleeps with me in the masterbed. I love sleeping with my baby girl. Some nights have been so lonely after the death of Samson.

I also made from his study another two bathrooms because with so many little childeren two wasn't enough. There was always a line. The desk from the study is in the masterbedroom now together with Samsons basebal bat.

My mother came by for a surprise visit. Sometimes it hurts. I need her so much. I have needed her so much the last years. With my own heartache but also with the care of the childeren. But I always have to share her with my million siblings. Having lot's of siblings is fun but sometimes also not so fun.

Mom couldn't stay long but it was nice to see her again. If only she could stop talking about finding me a man.

Just my opinion

Dear diary,

Sorry, I just had to write this down. It's ugly but I can't have it in my mind any longer. My brother in law is lazy. Yes, he works hard to provide for his family. But that's it. While my sister is taking care of nine childeren all day long, 24/7. He has a job of eight hours five days a week and he does nothing in the house. All the chores, all the childcare come down to my sister.

When he comes home from work her relaxes on the couch or does a work out on the tred mill. He waits for diner to be served and after he diner he relaxes some more. In the meantime Elianna is buzy with the little ones, making diner, helping the older ones make their homework. Even the childeren do more then he does.

Besides work the only thing he does is getting my sister pregnant. Over and over again. She is 28 years old and pregnant with her 10th child! In not even ten years of marriage. She will have ten under ten. The only thing I can do for her is hug her and help out while he doesn't.

Sorry for my rant. I just had to for once. It's so frustrating. I wish Elianna didn't put up with it and asked him to help out more. But she feels like it's her job to do this for him. And that she wouldn't be a good wife if she wouldn't do it. Maybe that's what is frustrating me the most, how he feeds her with these thoughts. Because this isn't how we where raised.

Weddingplanning

Dear diary,

I have visited Kylian's place that will soon be my place too. We started buying furiture and other things to get the house ready to move in.

The kitchen is almost done, just a sink.

The bathroom downstairs is done, upstairs still misses a shower.

I love the diningarea. The curtains for that piece of the house just came in and it looks so much more like a home with them for the windows.

We chatted a bit about our weddingplans. Mom has been a great help to us. I couldn't do it without her.

The other day I tried on weddingdresses. First I tried on my moms wedding dress.

Next was Esmee's.

And then three new ones. Which one do you think I picked out? I'm not telling yet. I'm so excited for it all to come together.

I loved having my grandmother over for this. But she needs to stop telling my mom to get married. Mom is happy here on the farm and no man can be what my father was for her. And mom won't be alone, she has Simon, Samuel and Sean here after I get married.

Sean&Samantha

Dear diary,

Sean and I are 18 years old! I waited a while for this day because now I'm an adult and I can get married. I was really hoping for Kylian to propose to me before he move to the city. Ofcourse Kylian was at our party.

Sean got to blow out the candles first because he was born a few minutes before me. Then it was my turn.

Kylian wanted to take me out that day because of my birthday. My mom went along as a chaperonne. Little did I know that he was going to propose to me! It was so sweet and he said all the right things. I had tears in my eyes when I say him sitting down on one knee. Ofcourse I wanted to marry him. No doupt about it.

We had a little frontal hug right after. Mom said it was okay. I felt a bit terible afterwards about it because it isn't what we agreed on but in the moment it suddenly happend.

It felt so special being so close to him. Feeling his back with my hands and his hands on my back. Our fronts close to eachoter. It was over before I knew it and ever since I can't stop thinking about it. Even when mom said it was okay. I think I would love to hug him more once we are married.

For now we are keeping it to holding hands. That is safe and no one gets hurt this way.

Everybody was very happy for us. Now we have to start planning our wedding! I can't wait! I'll be mrs Freeman soon!

A tour

Kylian asked Susanna to see his home in the city. He has something important to ask her.

Kylian: come in my home

Susanna: I'm very excited to finaly see it

Kylian: it isn't done yet. None of the furniture is in it.

Susanna: that doesn't mind me at all, you can see a lot with only the walls and floors done

Susanna: it has quite a spacious livingroom

Kylian: yes, and a seprate kitchen with an archery bow to the livingroom

Susanna: I see

Kylian: and I have both downstairs and upstairs a bathroom

Susanna: that is handy! Can I see the upstairs too?

Kylian: ofcourse you can. It has two bedrooms upstairs and the second bathroom.

Susanna: that's very nice for a first house in the city. Congratulations Kylian.

After they viewed the house of Kylian they chat a little on a bench in a parc near Kylian's house.

Kylian: I had something to ask you thow

Susanna: you can ask me anything Kylian

Kylian: ehm... how do I say this... hmmm

Kylian: I like Samantha very much. She is a beautiful and sweet woman. I love how enthousiastic she get's around baby's and she really is a social butterfly, always chatting to everybody.

Susanna: I have noticed you two spending a lot of time together and I'm sure Samantha thinks the same of you.

Kylian: I was hoping for that. I would really like to take the next step in our relationship. With me moving here and starting a church with Solomon, I have thoughed a lot about my future with Samantha. And I came to the conclusion that if we get married that would be perfect. Then I don't have to do a long distance relationship with her and I have someone to stand by me during the start of our church. Besides, we have been courting for nine months now. I feel like I know her and that she would be perfect for me as a wife.

Susanna: Oh, Kylian. Ofcourse you two should get married. You can't live in the city alone! I think Samantha has been waiting for you to ask her this ever since you and Solomon have been talking about moving to the city.

Kylian: So it is okay if I propose to her?

Susanna: It totally is! Do you have a plan already?

Kylian: a little bit. But I love to hear your opinion.
