Ten paintings by the German painter Wilhelm Bronner have arrived at La Macchina Fissa this week. They will all go away to be framed and will return for a December exhibition. These important works, spanning a few decades, could not have become part of my personal collection without the generous assistance of Iris Franke, who is managing Bronner's estate.
