post-apocalyptic or not, the desert is pretty unforgiving but… the commonwealth in its current state seems a lot worse off. so i actually think wilma would do pretty well in the west!

she would probably be an NCR aligned courier... i think her favorite companions would be arcade, veronica, and boone.

since she wouldn’t be with preston bc he’s on the other side of the country, i could see shipping her with someone like james hsu (who i actually had a courier with once upon a time lol..)

Well I'm not currently in Florida cuz I'm on a road trip but my house sure is in Tampa!!

It's in an area that's not an evacuation zone so we just have our fingers crossed that nothing breaks our windows. The cats have been evacuated to Gainesville along with our catsitter, so damage to the house while we're away is the only real concern.

Thank you though! I'm nice and safe and in Oklahoma tonight, though. We don't get back to Florida till the weekend, although afaik there's another hurricane coming up right after Milton :T

Paraphrasing, but basically Endo systems are DID systems that do not form through trauma. Many people in DID spaces are very adamant that DID is a traumagenic based disorder and cant just form without it. What are your biggest gardening hacks?

OOOH I HAVE A LOT I'll go w my top three

1 steal soil from parks n shit, DON'T BUY SOIL EVER. It's usually infested and also the soil industry is bad for the environment.

2 if you're going away for a while or struggle to get in the garden due to work/disability you can make self watering devices out of soda bottles or other plastic bottles. Use a lighter to burn a tiny hole in the neck of the bottle, tiny! Then use the lighter to soften the bottle cap, and poke a hole through the softened plastic. Then, fill it up with water, wedge it down so that both holes are covered into the soil of the plant, and boom. Self watering system. Can be reused until the plastic deteriorates from the sun.

3 after 4 generations (seed collections) that variety is now acclimated to your microclimate, so save seeds from plants you grow instead of buying new ones every year

Thank you lmao. I’ve tried explaining to him on so many instances why he’s being financially abusive and draining me of money and resources because he doesn’t even want to get a part-time job. And it’s honestly maddening aha
