These Spinach Chicken Rolls are a delightful blend of tender chicken breasts filled with a savory mixture of spinach and cheeses, baked to perfection. They make for an elegant yet easy-to-make dinner option that's sure to impress!
Ingredients: 4 chicken breasts, pounded thin. 2 cups fresh spinach leaves. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 2 cloves garlic, minced. Salt and pepper to taste. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1/4 teaspoon paprika. Toothpicks.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 190C 375F. Add the garlic, salt, and pepper to a bowl and mix in the spinach, mozzarella, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Put the pounded chicken breasts out on the counter and cover each one with a spread of the spinach mixture. Roll up chicken breasts and use toothpicks to hold them together. Add paprika to the top of each chicken roll after brushing it with olive oil. In a baking dish, put the chicken rolls. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked. Take out the toothpicks before serving.
