[All seven of their pupils focus on Tavin's finger as he goes to boop them. Author does not move until he's scooted back, just squinting at him for a moment before.. bursting out laughing.]
[Their laugh is an odd mix of a human laugh and a foxy cackle. It doesn't last too long, as the god phases through the wall fully and end up sitting on his desk, their feet dangling off the edge. Their hand floats up to rub at their face as they calm down to a more manageable level of amusement.]
[The portal they came here through gets stitched closed right behind them, but for a moment, Tavin can see a sort of dome made up of hundreds of shards of glass, each one showing a different scene, character, universe. The barely understandable whispers cease as the portal dissapears for good. He might have recognised his sister's voice in there, faintly.]
I shall not implode you for-
[They spoke a little too early. Some more giggling slips out of their mouth.]
-Apologies, my apologies. I shall not implode you for- "booping" me. Why would I?
-🦊
[If Tavin was asked, no he was not afraid of all seven eyeballs watching him scoot away make room for the new visitor. That would be silly]
[Tavin frowns at the sudden occurence. Author casually phasing through a very solid wall and leaving an excess portal in their wake. What the fuck. The portal intrigues him. The colors and figures catch their eye and direct their attention to it. The tones of the oh-so-familiar voice are not lost on them either. He stares at the portal wantonly as it closes, lost.]
[Tavin reels back again once he's refocused. At the Author coming into his space and just. Laughing. The fox-being was laughing at him. At least he hoped it was a laugh, the weird crackle befuddles them more than anything. They could be lying, just waiting for him to get comfortable and-]
So... you-
[Tavin pauses, realizing he hadn't spoken. He squints at the Author in ]
Are- are you reading my fucking thoughts now?
