With the Chemex 6-Cup Pour Over Coffee Maker, you can make a clean and tasty cup of coffee. This method brings out the natural flavors of the coffee and is great for coffee lovers.
Ingredients: 30g coarsely ground coffee beans. 500g hot water 200F or 93C. Chemex 6-Cup Pour Over Coffee Maker. Chemex filter paper.
Instructions: Place the Chemex filter paper in the brewer with the multiple folds on the side of the spout. Rinse the filter paper with hot water to remove any paper taste and heat the Chemex. Discard the rinse water. Add the coarsely ground coffee to the Chemex filter. Start a timer and pour just enough hot water about 60g over the coffee grounds to saturate them evenly. Allow the coffee to bloom for 30 seconds. After the bloom, slowly pour the remaining hot water in a circular motion over the coffee grounds, making sure to wet all the grounds evenly. Pour until you reach a total water weight of 500g. Place the Chemex lid on top to keep the coffee warm while it drips. The coffee should finish dripping in about 4 minutes. Remove the filter and enjoy your freshly brewed Chemex coffee.

The coffee has to be hot, and use only a 1/4 Tsp of coconut oil-- the secret is BLENDING it in a blender not a closed Oster blender-- (steam). You can kick it up a notch by sweetening it with sugar free vanilla syrup- I like to use a packet of stevia and a dash of vanilla extract! You are welcome!! #CleanCoffee
