HEAVEN!!! This may be my dinner the rest of prep!!! Better than any cheat meal. Can’t give my exact measures but will give what will make it perfect for normal people ;) Preheat oven to 425 In a food processor, process 1 head of cauliflower crowns (no stems) then cook that in the microwave for about 5min without water. Toss cauliflower back in food processor with 1/4c dry oats, 1 egg white, 1-2T water, minced garlic ans Mrs Dash tomato basil. Spread into circle on non stick cookies sheet (I lined with foil) cook until browned then take out. Top with(in this order) lemon zest, spinach leaves, bell peppers (used red and green), 1 boiled/peeled/diced tomato, 4-6oz of my crockpot chicken, fresh choppes cilantro, dry dill, Mrs Dash original and drizzle top with balsamic vinegar or vinegarette. Toss in oven again until everything is cooked. Cut. DEVOUR!!!! You could also top with veggie thins or whatever that fake cheese is lol or just some fat free mozzarella ;)
