that was already touched upon with Helios in DX1 and JC canonly merging with Helios in DX1 and DX: IW, JC becomes an ascended, enlightened being that, depending on your choices in IW, can establish a perfect world democracy in which everyone has a voice and nobody is poor and people aren’t ruled by a single power.

I really hope they never remake/reboot the series, it’s good enough and doesn’t need something like that. I really dont think there’ll be anything after Mankind Divided. Human Revolution was a prequel which showed us 2027, Mankind Divided leads to the events of DX1, and Invisible War basically concludes the series. I can see a possible movie coming about since Deus Ex is now mainstream popular, but I think Mankind Divided will be the last, or second-to-last game in the franchise

Even though an average woman who is fit and trained is easily more than a physical match for an average untrained unfit inactive male, but it doesn’t come easily. It’s not a low-hanging fruit of empowerment, it’s not inherent, it takes work, determination, ambition, and your potentials are limited by your own body. Therefore, it’s a niche.  An unfit untrained male could usually still physically dominate an equally unfit untrained female of the same size.

I totally agree with all of this. It’s niche. And sex or biology aside, there’s a reason that most combat sports have weight classes. Sheer size advantage is an incredible factor even if the skill sets are roughly equal. Precision beats power, as Conner McGregor recently said, but you know, not always and precision is hard to obtain, while a certain amount of power is inherent in the size advantage.

And toss in sexual dimorphism on top of that, since women are generally physically smaller...it’s complicated for sure. Just the discussion needs more nuance, I think.

I WISH I KNEW. Or maybe I don’t, actually. The whole thing is so utterly unfalsifiable–any time a woman disagrees it’s just that she’s been brainwashed by the patriarchy and any time a man disagrees it’s oppression. And there’s no way to convey to them that, no, your experiences are genuine, your opinions are your own. Their thesis doesn’t allow for the possibility of valid counterpoints.

I’m convinced that most radfems, had they been born in a slightly different time or place, would be hardcore religious conservatives so that they could still infantilize women and demonize sex.

Never! I've been with people from five years older to ten years younger and it never makes a difference. Younger guys have a tendency to freak out easier of small things but older guys expect you to be more subserviant to them

Swings and roundabouts really - men are much of a muchness. I tend to prefer younger though. Husbeard is four years younger for instance. Women can be around my age and I'm happy out, mainly cause women are more chill.
