I definitely feel the interest stirring again; there are still a ton of jokes in my drafts I wanted to make, and of course lots of great material to work with over the past few years for new inspiration. but I'd probably wait for substantial new content of DA4 before a full revival.

as a side note though I've seen a few comments over the years upset that I've taken Inquisitors from this or that YouTube video without permission (iirc someone once tried to all but copyright their Quiz...) so maybe to avoid that this time I'll stick to my own protagonist or ask for willing submissions of Rooks, if people are onboard with that.

i have no idea if this means anything to you but my partner was talking about how they were originally disappointed at how babygirled vash is in trigun stampede because “he had way more Weird Middle-Aged Man energy in the og show!!” but then found out that stampede is explicitly set when vash is much younger and more naive and they were like AH. and said “‘pathetic babygirl’ progresses very naturally to ‘weird adult man’ in my mind.” and so i say. “it’s like a columbo prequel.” (they agreed)

honestly i've never watched trigun but i've heard very good things about it from several ppl, im gonna need to put it on my list 👀

i agree tho, columbos transition from bbygirl to weird old dude will never not be iconic 🙏🙏🙏

columbo is what like six people recommended i watch when i asked what to watch next if i really enjoyed quantum leap. and they were right. so yes i highly recommend you watch quantum leap.
