The Coruscant Guard and the Jedi are sent to raid a Crime Syndicate. A Jedi Temple Guard leads their unit deep into the Underworld of Coruscant to some of the lowest reachable levels. The ensuing battle severely inuries a Coruscant Guard. The Jedi Temple Guard struggles to save the wounded while the unit chases the fleeing criminals. The Medics and Healers are too far away to help. The Jedi Temple Guard attempts the illegal practice of Force Healing to save the last surviving Clone of this battle. Neither understand the rammifications of such an act.

Clone Unit of the Week: Coruscant Guard

The Coruscant Guard were a specialized corps of clone troopers, led by Commander Fox (CC-1010), tasked with maintaining order and security on the Republic capital world of Coruscant - alongside the non-clone Senate Guard and Coruscant Security Forces. They also provided protection for Republic officials on diplomatic missions to other planets throughout the galaxy.

Commander Fox (CC-1010)

Fox was the clone Marshal Commander leading the entire Coruscant Guard through the duration of the Clone Wars. He helped to apprehend Ziro the Hutt after the crime lord helped the Separatists kidnap Rotta, the son of his nephew, Jabba. Later, Fox participated in the hunt for the rogue Jedi Padawan Ahsoka Tano and was ultimately responsible for killing ARC trooper Fives, who had disobeyed orders and gone AWOL after discovering the true purpose of the clone army. Fox continued to serve the Empire after the end of the Clone Wars, helping to secure the former Jedi Temple.

There, as well as on a few other select Core Worlds, the clone shock troopers served primarily as security police for Republic government buildings such as the Senate Building and as prison guards.

They also served as bodyguards for Republic officials and as urban peacekeepers with some troopers trained specifically for riot control. In addition to the civilian police on Republic worlds, as military police they could take over investigations as well and were treated as regular patrolling police when they were out and about."
