G/t concept #2
Focus: Group dynamics, Environment, Fear
A skittish tiny is discovered by kind-hearted humans in an enclosed space (Boat, spaceship, bunker, etc)
The tiny is so scared and probably doesn't even speak human, but they literally cannot leave. And the humans just want to protect their new friend!
They never manage to win the tiny over, but every couple of weeks, they catch a glimpse. Every time, they take careful note of the tiny's condition and injuries, while also trying to coax the tiny out of hiding.
In the end, the humans just accept that the tiny will never trust them, but they're constantly coming up with new ways to help "the little one in the walls" and every room is regularly tiny-proofed.
Whumpee waking up and finding themselves in a sizeable room. It’s dark and they are free to move but worry that they either might hurt themselves by walking around in the dark or that there might be something much scarier.
Eventually they fall asleep. They wake up again and it feels like it’s a bit harder to breathe. After trying to contain their panic and ignore their hunger they fall back asleep again.
This time when they wake up, they feel something pressing up against their head and feet. They scrabble up and hit their head against the wall and realize that the room was getting smaller.
This time they don’t fall asleep, and curl up tighter and tighter as the room gets smaller. Finally it stop but not they are curled up so tight that it hurts so fucking much.
Bonus point: they are scared of the dark and small spaces or- if saved, are now scared of those two things
