⁞ – ⌜BACKGROUND INFORMATION⌟
Born in Mississauga, Canada, Hugo was one of the many siblings of a struggling single mother, from the birth to the age of twelve he watched his mother struggle to put food on the table. When he got the chance to step out of the house, you could find him sneaking and selling drugs to the local addicts on his block; his baby face and doe eyes screamed innocence so whenever there was any speculation or suspicion, the cops and adults went towards the other kids on his street who participated in the same lifestyle as him. Some ways that he’d keep from getting caught from his mom is stashing the money and drugs under his mattress and making it seem as if the funds he copped from selling came from out of nowhere or as if it were money that she just so happened to drop or leave in odd places of their home. Later on, his mother’s curiosities came to be true when he found Hugo cooking cocaine in one of their pots while she was scheduled to have been at work and him in class. Though punishment was said to be on him, Hugo never followed through with what his mother said since he was doing these things to provide for and help her anyway because he loved so that didn’t stop a thing between him and the money.
Now, attending Hendrix University and away from all the mishaps and drama that follows a simple human being, he claims to be more peaceful but his words scream another story. Blunt, outspoken and ready to go at anyone who seems to be disrespectful to him and his loved ones are bound to get their feelings hurt but Hugo. His impression with the ladies has improved since he was a little one, though. His skills are impeccable and suave so there’s never a time where he doesn’t seem to get and what he pleases from any female he lays an eye on.

⁞ – ⌜RELATIONSHIPS AND FRIENDSHIPS⌟
SHANICE PRINCE + PRODUCER – Since moving to Chicago, Shanice and Hugo have always been musically inclined and their similar preferences for music have drawn them closer as friends but mainly, their conversations include something that has to do with sounds, instrumentals and music especially since most of the time they’re in each other’s presence it’s in a music studio.
JORDAN CRUZ + CLOSE FRIEND – No matter what, ever since these two have met their relationship with each other is downright inseparable, they come from two completely different backgrounds but meld together like brothers.
CLEO KING + EX-GIRLFRIEND – Cleo and Hugo have been on and off for the longest time and being that Hugo is now in Chicago, attending the exact same college as her their problems have resurfaced and every time they make eye contact with one another you could clearly see the hostility that the two have for each other.
TAYLOR + COUSIN – For the longest, Hugo knew that he was related to Taylor but refrained from saying a thing to her but just recently she and Hugo have been nothing but close cousins, you would think they were brother and sister the way they acted around each other.
