Well today marks 33 days since I started my little endeavour to close all three rings. I have closed all three rings every day.. I started with 560 and now up to 640... that extra 120 is about a good brisk 30 min walk up hills.... Tonight I got the rings completed by doing some inside cardio consisting of the nutbush, AB hot love and starjumps... may have looked stupid... but it got the job done.
