Art from the Middle Ages (through the eyes of AI)
Today a little journey to the Middle Ages…Religious motifs dominated art, but apart from them there were also beautiful hand-written books about healing, history or fictional stories or legends. Inside Gothic temples the walls could be painted up to the ceiling with monumental frescoes, scenes from the Bible sometimes completely different from what we associate with Christianity today (dragons, monsters and other terrible wonders characteristic of the Middle Ages). Here AI tried to create such miniatures from the franchise of images from books and frescoes from the walls. They show the founder of the new castle and other fictional representations similar to real frescoes from medieval cities and artifacts from Europe.
Closter / Jagdschloss / hunting castle MAYERLING - near ALLAND, AUSTRIA >>> to know more about this place read about: The Mayerling incident => the series of events surrounding the apparent murder–suicide pact of Rudolf, Crown Prince of Austria, and his lover, baroness Mary Vetsera. They were found dead on 30 January 1889 in an imperial hunting lodge in Mayerling. Rudolf, who was married to Princess Stéphanie of Belgium, was the only son of Emperor Franz Joseph and Empress Elisabeth, and was heir apparent to the throne of Austria-Hungary. This incident was a theme for few movies.
