Clothing hospital - First Discharge🎉🎉🎉
The suture removal clinic has had it's first discharges - 4 compression socks
I uunpicked the "WOOF" on the front and back of each sock of the 4 socks, and when one of the socks laddered, I repaired it as my first ever impromptu darning project ☺️

And it was ✨chaotic ✨
My white compression socks that I spent ages waiting on had massive black branding across the tops of them that wasn't in the picture, so off to the "suture removal clinic" (me unpicking all of the ugly black branding because I am not a billboard) but the sock started to ladder, and I got frustrated, left it because I knew I wasn't going to make any progress and went back to it today leading to a transfer to the "stem cell lab" (me attempting darning for the first time without even watching a YouTube video, because the spirit of stubborn ADHD women is a powerful thing ) and because I left them over night, it left to a massive hole, which took me the length of the Next to Normal soundtrack to finish (✨anti-frustration music and hype music✨). I then got to wear the socks on a short walk with the doggo ☺️
I tried two different ways of "fixing" the ugly black branding, one being the suture removal clinic to stem cell clinic chaos, and the other being just sewing the top of the sock folded over the embroidery. But as they are compression socks, and I have hEDS for my skin and blood vessels are fucked, that was not actually a safe option, and it didn't look as nice as the unpicked sock, so, once I finish removing the woof on the back of the sock, and both woof on the other 3 socks (I just wore one inside out, where it was semi-visible while going on my walk, because I just wanted to be able to wear my cute second hand pinafore while still being safe and wearing my compression socks), I will be able to discharge them all from the suture removal clinic, hopefully with no more admissions to the stem cell clinic 😅
