Airo
And another one! Another one of the characters for my upcoming story. He's a Cloudfolk. Basically an air elemental, except more human looking. A quiet and kinda introverted boy with a soul linked to a beaked serpent spirit called Pecker. Neither of them are very fond of their connection.
Zeus and Ganymede - Before and After
There is some difference. You can see that?
This Zeus is in @neal-illustrator design!
wait wait. So- if cloudsidon and Cloudysseus have tiny forms, does that mean Ganymede has a tiny form too?? :0
The tiny size Is specific for Cloudysseus and Cloudyseidon 👀
I mean clouds can do some changes, but nothing important, more like clothes or... Removing them. LoL.
Cloudymede is a very specific type of Cloud. There Is only One like him.
I can't help but wonder how solid the cloudys are. They're obviously soft enough that Poseidon can splat Cloudysseus, but solid enough that Cloudysseus can splat onto Poseidon's face and Cloudsiden carry Telemachus's bodyweight. Are they all cloud? Or is Zeus's magic making them solid?
Could you, hypothetically, pop a cloudy? Or just turn them into air somehow?
They’re surprisingly solid! Their texture changes depending on their form. When they’re small, they’re soft—kind of like plush toys. But when they’re big, they feel just like real people. Their skin is firm and warm, and they can even simulate sweat by using the water they're made of. According to a myth, Zeus once created a cloud identical to Hera just to trick a mortal into sleeping with her—and he totally bragged about it afterwards. So, yeah... you can imagine. They can be very realistic.
They can't be harmed by ordinary weapons—an arrow or a sword will just pass through them. But since they don’t have internal organs, the weapon simply gets stuck there until they decide to get rid of it. The only way to truly take them down is if Zeus chooses to dissolve them, or with a divine weapon—like Poseidon’s trident, for example.
Now that I think about it, Zeus probably makes these cloud people all the time. I bet in his perspective doing the hip to hip boink-a-doink isn't even cheating, they're clouds, and he's the sky god Hera can't do much about that. I bet he has 15 hanging around and they're all named Gluteous Maximus
I'm sorry but the idea of 15 clouds surrounding him named "Gluteous Maximus" it's... omg so fantastic!
