Smell that fresh air.
Just a Regular Rant.
I don’t understand CJ’s apartment in Regular show. It’s driving me nuts.
Season 6 Episode 1. First appearance. A few things to keep in mind are A. That little window next to the door and B. Upstairs and C. The side of the house.
Season 6 Episode 11. Woah, I guess they built some garages.
The big window next to the door is a window directly into the living room, so straight through the door is a narrow hallway with two doorways. The one on the left leads to the living room, but what about the closed door on the right? The living room is already pretty small, so the room on the right must be downright claustrophobic. Due to the tiled floor, I’m going to guess bathroom, maybe. (Is there seriously space for a bathtub, sink and toilet in that little space?)
See? Not a lot of space. Also, note those two doors. The door in the back could be anything. But what about that door on the left? What the heck could be right there? If you refer to the picture of the apartment above, you’ll know that right there are the garages (R.I.P peace and quiet.), and there’s no space for another room! I’m guessing at least one of those is a closet. The other one is a mystery.
And then there’s the kitchen and I don’t even know where in the house this would be. Considering there’s a big window I would hazard to guess upstairs, but how in the heck would you get upstairs? There’s no room for a staircase indoors. There’s a staircase outside, but there’s no chance that someone would build a apartment where you had to leave your house and go upstairs to get to your own kitchen, but what do I know? I probably but 5x more thought into this than the creators of the show. Also there are 4 garage doors, meaning either this is some sort of super apartment where you get two garages to yourself and an upstairs room, or this is 4 small apartments that apparently defy the laws of time and space by having kitchens that exist somewhere outside of what could realistically fit in that tiny building. (I’m assuming this is CJ’s kitchen, but that does raise the question of the 2nd TV? But where else would she be?)
Who knows? Either way I still loved the show. Even it’s non euclidean geometry. (I’m looking at you Pop’s house.)
