To answer your (probably rhetorical) question- Nope (I like to think) Coaxial and Spencer were there at the presentation sitting in one of the right side rows. For context Spencer is a handheld firearm engineer as well as an Optical Scientists (y'know, lasers and stuffs.) Coaxial (his girlfriend) has a lot of respect and admiration for the Filming Industry, so hearing about the presentation and the fact that Spencer was going she BEGGED him to take her with him. The scene plays out like this:
(She was trying to get everyone to look away from Styrofim and look at her)
(I'm sorry for constantly bugging you, your story has been on my minds for the past few months and I need to let it out also you are a huge inspiration to me god save me)
(I am also sorry if this contradicts your ideas, this is just where my brain is going)
Anyways have a nice day/night!
Haha, that's gold! Never knew that the Film Industry already has fans in the alliance though.
Styrofilm just wants to finish his presentation and get back to work.
Also, great to hear that I can inspire you! You have made my day.
This is a digital painting of me in front of Morning Glories.
I did this portrait based on my previous hairstyle, when I had long hair and the tips were dyed purple. I wish I could have that kind of hair all the time, but the process of bleaching my hair turned out to be a sensory nightmare for me! So the self-portrait memorializes the joy I got from having my hair dyed my favorite color: purple.
The reason I painted morning glories is because of the range of symbolism they contain. Commonly these flowers are often used to represent love and affection, or even spiritual enlightenment. In pre-colonial times, the Mexica people (AKA "Aztecs") held these flowers in high esteem, referring to them as coaxial or "snake-plant", these flowers were a key element in the shamanic rituals of the priest-shamans of their society. The entheogenic properties of the plant were employed to induce transcendent states of consciousness, connecting the physical with the metaphysical.
The delicate looks of the morning glories are meant to represent the fleeting quality of the beauty in our world and to remind us to embrace gifts that bloom around us before they are gone. Such as when I had to get my hair cut!
P.S. This illustration was also featured in my digital story "invisibility". You can access this video on my YouTube:

Well executed Moonwatch
1974 - 2024 marks 50 years co-axial escapement Curious to see if Omega will mark the 2024 co-axial escapement anniversary but probably not due to their busy involvement in the 2024 Olympics, so they'll probably await 2026 which will mark the 100th anniversary of British horologist George Daniels (1926-2011) and at the same time 50th anniversary of the co-axial being revealed for the first time in 1976. But in 1976 the watch world wasn't really interested in the co-axial escapement, but Patek Philippe and Omega showed interest with Omega claiming the "win" as they officially presented a George Daniels co-axial time piece at the Basel fair in 1999. Sharing a few photos taken in the Science museum - London. The six time pieces in the photo are: 1986 pocket watch fitted with a slim co-axial escapement, 1981 prototype co-axial for Patek Philippe, 1982 co-axial Patek Philippe wrist watch, 2010 Daniels-Smith prototype marking cooperation with Roger Smith (Isle of Man), the 1999 Millennium wrist watch for Omega and an Omega DeVille co-axial in 18ct Gold.
