I'm not going to call out this bar because it's one of my favorites. But this is a Gin Ramos Fizz...Exactly. I had a major craving for one AND I specifically asked if they (a) knew how to make it (b) had the ingredients for it. Yes. I was assured, yes. Does this look like a Gin Ramos Fizz to you? Yea. Doesn't taste like it either. It's kinda like an Aviation on ice. Kinda. This is the first time I've ever had this happen. Shaken Manhattans? Yes. Old Fashioneds with muddled oranges and cherries?
