Shane is cocon and nonverbal. they wanted to front to draw today but i dont think id let them front til therapy tommrow its just not safe for them. they're nonverbal now and im just watching YouTube with them trying to give them support. Andy is cocon too and is giving support. lets just hope for no meltdowns or shutdowns like yesterday. and the day before. were doing our best. - Pure

I can start to tell a part the alters. But I have coconscious with most of them so it's easier to switch back. Except for one, I can remember everything too.

I refuse to go back to the protector. Nope. I am an adult and I can handle it. We all can. The protector and chill the fuck out for awhile after being upfront for YEARS with my ex.

I've been super suicidal for no real reason but it mightve been from lack of sleep.

Faith here! Lily is cocon! Shane isn't doing too well and is in the headspace rn getting comforted they'll be okay! Koma and the others got them! they're getting supported. Lily is supoorting me. I love him sm

cocon is short for coconcious.

when youre cocon you arent fronting but you are aware of whats going on while some other alter(s) are fronting.

you could be cocon to feelings/emotions, hearing, vision or all. hope this makes sense
