Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup granulated sugar. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup shredded coconut. 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened. 2 cups powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon coconut extract. Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking pan. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, and granulated sugar. Add the melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, and mix until well combined. Fold in the shredded coconut and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. While the brownies are baking, prepare the coconut buttercream frosting. In a separate mixing bowl, beat the softened butter until creamy.
