I forgot this was the Sam episode. I really do love her. I think she was such an interesting match for Odd and we learned so much about him from this episode

That said, I'm so mad that like, one of three total? black character in the show was a thief... Really?? What the hell guys.

Anyway, Sam deserved better. She could've been a great character in the show.

Sam is Odd’s on-and-off again girlfriend. While the two get along great and share lots of common interests, the fact that Odd keeps disappearing off to god-knows-where and won’t talk to her about it frustrates her to no end, causing friction. This said, she’s always understanding on the occasions where she finds out about Lyoko, only to always have her memory of the events erased. Sly, bold and creative, Odd’s intense feelings for her and want to not drive her away are more than understandable.
