🗣🪶HERES YOUR DAILY HISTORY FACT OF THE DAY!!🪶🗣
This one might be a lil longer then any other but I freaking LOVE this topic and so does @the-prettiest-st4r so yk im going IN DEPTH!!!!
So as you may or may not know, there were radios used to communicate during ww2. Obviously just about anybody and their mamas could pick up those communications and counterattack your plans
During ww2 the Japanese (tried to make da flag lol) and America were fighting, so the American radios kept getting intercepted by the Japanese, but the Americans had something that the Japanese didnt, the Native Americans.
Now obviously the Native Americans had been extremely discriminated against so your probably asking "Rose, wouldn't they just refuse to help?" Well, no.
Its THEIR land too, obviously they don't want it to be taken again.
So a lil fun fact, native American languages are so different from ANY other language that nobody could learn it on their own.
The Native Americans would also use multiple languages such as but not limited to: Navajo, Cherokee, Sioux, apache and literally over 500+
So even if you knew one language you literally couldn't make it out because they would use one word from one language and then another from another language and so on.
Pretty cool, huh?
Yeah, I love the Natives, they ARE a part of me after all. So yk, this is a small way to say thanks to my ancestors by talking about them.
Anyways back on topic, these people were top secret and ONLY got recognized in the 70s :0
Literally 30 years later, wtf???
Yeah, native Americans are so cool. If you're Native American I think ur rlly cool lol

There is so much that we're going to have to fix when we finally manage to flush away Trump's stench.
Shiprock is a prominent landmark located in the New Mexico part of the Dinétah. It is one of the most important natural and spiritual symbols of the Navajo people, one of the largest Indigenous tribes in North America. In Navajo legend, Shiprock is called "Tsé Bitʼaʼí," which means "Rock with Wings." It is believed to be a giant bird that carried the Navajo people from the north to their current homeland. Shiprock is a sacred and revered place, often associated with traditional ceremonies and storytelling. One famous legend recounts that during the Navajo migration, they were protected by a giant bird, which later transformed into this rock formation. The Navajo believe that the spirits of their ancestors still dwell there. Shiprock is not only a geological wonder but also an important symbol of Navajo culture and tradition. It represents the deep connection between the Navajo people and their land, as well as conveying the stories and myths of one of the largest Indigenous tribes in America. Respecting and preserving Shiprock is essential to maintain this unique cultural and natural heritage for future generations. H/t@Native Culture
