“Oh, yuck!” Cody let out, effectively spitting the bite of cookie she had just taken, out into a napkin, making a face, along with a ‘blah’ sound. Holding up the cookie culprit, she gave a small pout, before looking up at the other. “Raisin cookies that look like chocolate chip cookies, are definitely the reason I have trust issues.”

“Guess who just found out the difference between wax paper and parchment paper the hard way.” Cody was on her back on the floor of her basement, the tarantula she kept as her beloved pet climbing about on her. “What’s the difference, you may ask?” She asked the question for the other, despite her probably being the last person alive who didn’t know the difference. “Well, apparently! One you can use in the oven safely. And the other you can also use in the oven; if the thing you’re trying to make happen is fire. Think I can blame it on Ursula?” She tilted her head back on the floor to grin at the other – Ursula being her spider, and blaming it on her when her younger sister would inevitably see the mess.

"Okay, so don't freak out." Cody informed the other, as she let them into the house she lived in with her sister. "But I have a new roommate, and I think I already love her more than you." She motioned to the new terrarium in the living room. "I bought a spider. Her name's Ursula and she's beautiful and you're not allowed to hate her. Okay?"
