Ingredients: 4 pork chops. 2 tablespoons finely ground coffee. 1 tablespoon brown sugar. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1 teaspoon garlic powder. 1 teaspoon onion powder. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. Salt and black pepper, to taste. 2 tablespoons olive oil.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Add finely ground coffee and mix them all together. To make the coffee rub, mix it well. Spread the olive oil out evenly on each pork chop by brushing it on. Cover all sides of each pork chop with a generous amount of the coffee rub. Put the pork chops with the coffee crust on a grill that has already been heated up.
