I'm enjoying my 6th cup of coffee right now of the Brazil Yellow Bourbon. The frst 4 cups were brewed with a French Press, followed by an espresso, and now back to French Press. Next up: Pourover. This place is very cool. I had a wonderful Qishr, which is a mixture of cascara (fruit of the coffee bean) with ginger and Cinnamon and a Pourover of their Yemeni coffee that they roast on site. Katrina and I had a great time blind tasting 4 different @chazzanocoffee single origin coffees. We knew which 4 coffees we were tasting, but not the order. When they were all still hot, we were having a difficult time between Guatemala Huehuetenango and the 1st cut Brazil. When they cooled, it became very clear what we were tasting.
