Making Kreo Cohrada a real transformer: design ideas

Now, just gonna plan out a dream toy here. You might think at first this is impossible. While striking cobras have been done in the past, surely you can’t make a good transforming robot out of such a serpentine bodyplan!

I introduce Gigano dragon from Dinozaurs

The transformation would be slightly different, due to lacking Gigano Dragon’s stubby pairs of feet to turn into each foot.

I think it might be possible to turn the head and grabbing tail into feet :the grabbing parts maybe folding in while a footpart folds out from between. The head becomes a foot similar to Hun-grr’s humanoid mode.

The robot mode parts of hands and head: I suggest simplicity since this is still a somewhat experimental transformation type.

The head could be as simple as a single eye , like the Decepticon Movie drones for the tie-in videogame.

The hands could be simple robot grabbers:  Like G1 Whirl’s right arm.

The result is two distinct modes: an assymetrical somewhat awkward one that looks retro robotic, contrasted against a serpentine killing machine.

This works kinda well with the snake mode being the original form lorewise, like all the Prime Predacons. Its a snake imitating a humanoid robot to best of their ability

And the other batch of Humanformers from today, for Necro over at @necromastersdomainstuff from his comic, Brave New World, over at @lost-world-of-gaea! Cohrada and Chop Shop, and Diver!

Cohrada is....my favorite snake cowboy. Cohrada’s actually quite a bit more armored than he appears, but most of his armor is under leather covering- both to keep out grit and dust from his work and to help him blend in.

Chop Shop is just a disaster who can’t stop won’t stop stealing everything that isn’t nailed down and yes that includes all the garbage he’s apparently built his armor out of. And those stylish legwarmers. Are all those things he’s carrying around useful tools or just trash? Nobody really knows.

And Diver! Diver is the Best Boy Possible and he gets sweet mecha leg armor for maximum mobility in a variety of situations- be it running, jumping, climbing, or swimming! Or, considering Diver....mostly just running away. Diver also gets a little plainclothes look, even if he is being surprise-jumped by a frog! Look out!
